This is Modugno Guitars' 2nd Limited Edition (LE) electric guitar. This guitar is in a used condition and still plays just as good as the day it was first made. It has a minor blemish in the paintjob on the back-right horn of the guitar. The pickguard has been refurbished to remove some of the scratches that were on it, and the guitar has been given a fresh polishing and brand-new Elixir strings. This guitar was originally listed for $3,500 when it was brand new.

Made within the Greater Austin Area of Texas, the Modugno LE2 electric guitar features our trademark epoxy resin design on the front of the guitar's body. It's illuminated with exclusive light blue LEDs. This guitar is equipped with premium parts that we loved so much that we decided to give our X2-Pro and X2-S Pro series electric guitars the same specifications.

The parts installed into the LE2 include Japanese precision-made Gotoh Magnum Lock-Trad Tuners, and a Wilkinson by Gotoh VSVG Tremolo Bridge. The use of these parts in tandem does an excellent job at maintaining tuning stability. Additionally, the Fishman Fluence Modern active pickups are all-American-made and include not just one, but two push/pull potentiometer switch modifications. These switch modifications allow you to get an incredible variety of tones out of the pickups.

The switch modification located in the volume knob position allows you to seamlessly get the best of both worlds with single coil and humbucker pickup tones. Pulling on this knob activates the single coil tone in the neck pickup, while leaving it recessed activates the neck pickup's humbucker tone. Pulling on the other switch modification located in the tone knob position activates the bridge pickup's impressive second voice that has superb distortion characteristics that sound clear with a full-bodied bass. Leaving the tone knob recessed will activate the first voice that has a tight, boom-free bass and a crisp treble frequency sound that resonates well with high-gain guitar tones. With a massive variety of tone options to choose from, you're bound to find the right sound you're looking for.

The LED lights and Fishman Fluence active pickups installed into the Modugno LE2 can be conveniently recharged with the charging mount on the back of the guitar, so there's no need to hassle with switching out any of the batteries. The LEDs and active pickups each have their own designated battery supply, so in case the LEDs go out while you're playing, you'll still have fully functioning pickups. The LEDs can last around 5 hours per charge, and the active pickups can last anywhere from 100-160 hours on a single charge. The lithium-ion batteries installed in the Modugno LE2 are ethically made by EBL who don't source the cobalt used in their batteries from the cobalt mines that violate human rights in the Democratic Republic of Congo.

If all that wasn't already enough, the Modugno LE2 also has an aluminum pickguard, an exposed wood design from the exotic okoume tree that grows natively across the world on the west coast of central Africa, and a thin maple neck that's made with real mother of pearl shell inlay dots that are inlaid into an ebonol fretboard. The fretboard is made from modern materials and requires absolutely no oiling maintenance, won't crack or warp from exposure to frequent temperature and humidity fluctuations, and is superior at helping keep the neck straight.

Not only is the Modugno LE2 an outstanding instrument that is truly one-of-a-kind, but it's also a fantastic art piece, a rare collector's item, and potentially a great investment opportunity.
