Returns
Items can be returned for a full refund if you contact us within 40 calendar days of receipt. The item must be returned undamaged and in a condition that indicates you have subjected it to normal use only. Items should be returned as they were originally packaged as much as possible. There may be a restocking fee if the guitar is returned in a lesser condition then when you received it as. Please note that you the customer will incur any shipping charges due for returning the guitar to us. We recommend that when you arrange delivery back to us that you insure the instrument to its full value. We are not liable for any damages caused to the guitar during transit from your return shipment.
Upon receiving the guitar and you discover that the guitar was damaged during shipping, items can be returned for a full refund if you contact us within 40 calendar days of receipt. If you have any questions about anything, feel free to email us at support@modugnoguitars.com.
Warranty Information
Modugno guitars are covered by a 1-Year Limited Warranty. This warranty applies only to the original retail purchaser and is not transferable. This warranty is only valid when purchased from an approved Modugno Guitars dealer. Please always retain your proof of purchase.
This warranty applies to the instrument that was purchased through an approved Modugno Guitars dealership. If you are the one who originally bought the instrument and you feel you are having problems that can be covered by the warranty, please contact support@modugnoguitars.com as soon as possible to see if your issue is covered with any warranty parts and/or services.
All new Modugno guitars are warranted to be free from defects. Our instruments are subject to the limitations outlined below.
This warranty does not cover:
Any instrument that was not purchased from an Authorized Modugno Guitars Dealer, or upon which unauthorized repair or service work has been carried out.

Any instrument that has been damaged due to an accident, misuse or neglect.

Any instrument that has sustained damage as a result of customization or modification.

Damage to the finish, cracks, splitting or warping of wood due to changes in humidity or temperature, contact with sunlight, fire, moisture, perspiration, guitar stands/hangers, guitar straps or any cleaners that are not recommended or designed for cleaning the instrument.

Normal wear and tear on any part of the instrument, hard case or gig bag. Including fret wear, strings, input jacks, plated surfaces, switches, controls, tuning machines, pickguards, zippers, clasps, handles, latches etc.

Damages to the paint such as shrinking, cracks, dents or discoloration and wear of paint finishes.

Any guitar that doesn't have a serial number or has a serial number that has been tampered with.

Damage of any kind to any hardware because of moisture from humidity or sweat.

Cosmetic damage of any kind.

Subjective issues such as tonal characteristics, grading, relative weight, grain pattern or color of wood and finishes.

Regular guitar maintenance, including truss rod adjustments, assembly, bridge and pickup adjustments, oiling fretboard, polishing frets, leveling frets, string height adjustment and string changes.
Modugno Guitars assumes no liability for property damage resulting from failure of the instrument nor loss of income or satisfaction.
This warranty gives you specific legal rights that may vary from country, state or province. Other than as permitted by law, Modugno Guitars does not exclude, limit or suspend other rights you may have, including any rights under consumer protection laws that cannot be lawfully changed or excluded. Modugno Guitars does not exclude, limit or suspend other rights you may have against the person who sold the instrument to you if that person has breached their sales contract with you.
